Payment and delivery of goods

Delivery is carried out throughout the entire territory of Ukraine. After placing an order, a confirmation with order information will be sent to your email address.

1. Shipment via Nova Poshta is carried out within 2 days.
Delivery time — 2 days
Delivery cost from UAH 70.

2. Shipment via Nova Poshta by courier to the address is carried out within 2 days.
Delivery time — 2 days
Delivery cost from UAH 110.

3. Nova Poshta parcel locker, shipment is carried out within 2 days.
Delivery time — 2 days
Delivery cost from UAH 50.

4. Ukrposhta Standard to the branch, shipments are carried out on: Mon, Wed, Fri.
Delivery time — 5 days
Delivery cost from UAH 35.

5. Ukrposhta Standard by courier, shipment is carried out within 2–3 days.
Delivery time — 5–7 days
Delivery cost from UAH 75.

6. Ukrposhta Express to the branch, shipments are carried out on: Mon, Wed, Fri.
Delivery time — 3 days
Delivery cost from UAH 45.

Delivery cost is not included in the order and must be paid separately according to the carrier’s tariffs.

Orders with a total value of less than UAH 1,000 are not shipped via cash on delivery.

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta.

Cash on Delivery Terms

Cash on delivery is available for orders with a total value of up to UAH 50,000.

❗ Cash on delivery is available only with a prepayment deposit for transportation costs.
The deposit amount depends on the order value:

from UAH 0 to 10,000 — deposit UAH 250
over UAH 10,000 — deposit UAH 500

The deposit is used exclusively to cover delivery costs if the parcel is not collected, in case of order refusal, or for a subsequent exchange.

⚠️ Attention! The deposit is non-refundable in the cases listed above.

Cash on delivery: payment upon receipt of the order (for orders with a value from UAH 1,000)
(In this case, you pay an additional fee of 2% for cash on delivery payment.)
