You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of purchase in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. Return / exchange of goods is carried out by returning the purchased goods to us, followed by a refund to the buyer.

The purchased goods must be inspected at the post office in the presence of an employee. In case of damage / marriage or shortage of goods, contact the manager. If contact is not possible, then capture the photo.

To return the goods, you must contact the manager of the online store, fill out the google form and the return form that came with the goods.

After receiving the parcel and passing the goods through the quality control department, our manager will contact you to confirm receipt of the goods and agree on the exchange / return.
When agreeing on a refund, the manager sends an application for a refund to the accounting department with the details you specified in the google form.
Refunds are made within 14 calendar days from the date of filing an application for a refund.
The return service is paid by the customer.
